I build systems that run in production, from GPU inference on AWS to a payments ledger that works on feature phones.

A deep learning engine in Rust with hand-written CUDA kernels: a tensor library, tape-based autograd, and a live visualizer that animates the forward and backward passes while a GPT-style model trains.
In progressThird-year Computer Engineering student at McMaster. Most of what I build ends up deployed and used: a cloud research platform, an internship alert service with real users, an embedded scanner that maps rooms. I like owning the whole path, from the architecture call to the thing someone opens in a browser.
A little more about meTechnical lead on a digital trade platform that tokenises capital equipment and settles cross-border B2B and B2G export transactions on a permissioned blockchain. Directed a two-engineer team and owned the architecture across contracts, backend and infrastructure.
Built and deployed an AI operations platform for financial services, producing grounded meeting briefs, regulatory alerts and newsletters from an indexed corpus combined with live research. Toronto.
Backend lead on a four-person team building a mobile-money wallet for the Democratic Republic of Congo, where users transact in Congolese Francs on feature phones as often as smartphones. Shipped 101 REST endpoints across 19 entities, authoring roughly 84% of the codebase. Remote.
Third-year Computer Engineering student, expected to graduate in April 2028.

The goal of this portfolio is the same as the goal of the work inside it: make the complex part feel considered, and make the part people use feel simple.
